As a Compensation, Benefits and International Mobility Lead , you will join a dynamic team of 4 people (3 permanent contracts + 1 apprentice), led by the Global C & B Director, within the People Operations department.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we support and reward our 2,900+ Doctolibers across Europe and be at the forefront of building the future of our fast-growing company, scaling our compensation and benefits processes. Your expertise will directly impact thousands of employees by designing competitive compensation frameworks, optimizing benefits packages, and ensuring seamless international mobility experiences.
