Scientific liaison

🔬 Scientific Liaison

Location: Paris (Hybrid) or US (Remote)  | Team: Market Development | Type: Full-time

At DNA Script, we are transforming synthetic biology with our groundbreaking enzymatic DNA synthesis (EDS) technology. Our goal is to make DNA production faster, cleaner, and more scalable—fueling breakthroughs in healthcare, biotechnology, and beyond. 

We are seeking a Scientific Liaison to help amplify our voice in the industry. This role will drive thought leadership, engage key opinion leaders, and shape how the world understands and adopts our technology. 

What You Will Do 

  • Lead Scientific Storytelling – Develop high-impact content and messaging around our technology and mission. 
  • Drive Influence – Build relationships with key opinion leaders, speak at industry events, and elevate our brand in synthetic biology. 
  • Support Executive Communications – Craft strategic narratives for leadership, including talks, media appearances, and public-facing content. 
  • Connect the Dots – Collaborate across teams to translate science into market-shaping stories. 
  • Track Trends – Monitor developments in biotechnology, genomics, and innovation to inform strategy. 

About You 

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Synthetic Biology, molecular biology or a related field; PhD preferred 
  • 5+ years of experience in translational sciences, mRNA sciences, Cell and Gene Therapies, market development, or strategy role within biotech, life sciences, or healthcare 
  • Strong science writing and public speaking skills in English
  • Proven ability to engage thought leaders and influence industry dialogue
  • Strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with market trends in new therapeutic modalities, personalize therapies synthetic biology and biotechnology
