Position Overview:
CarCutter is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to manage and grow our strategic accounts across the Nordic region.
As a CSM at CarCutter, you will be the main post-sales partner for car dealerships, marketplaces, and automotive retailers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our AI-powered automotive imaging platform.
This is a role for someone who is comfortable managing strategic accounts, driving adoption, and identifying growth opportunities within existing customers.
Your Mission:
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion across our Nordic accounts by building strong relationships, ensuring product adoption, and demonstrating clear business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding & Adoption:
Lead onboarding for new clients and ensure a smooth implementation of the CarCutter platform
Train customers on key platform features (AI background replacement, batch editing, 360° tools, integrations, API)
Ensure a fast time-to-value and strong product adoption
Strategic Account Management:
Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across the Nordics
Act as the main point of contact for customers’ day-to-day needs
Build strong relationships through regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Identify and mitigate churn risks early
Growth & Retention:
Manage renewals and contract negotiations
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within dealership groups
Demonstrate ROI and business impact using data and usage insights
Product Feedback & Collaboration:
Work closely with Product and Support teams to resolve customer issues
Collect customer feedback and contribute to product improvements
Monitor usage metrics and proactively engage when engagement drops
Your Profile:
4–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
Strong experience managing B2B SaaS accounts
Experience in the automotive industry or working with dealerships is highly valued
Proven track record managing customer renewals, retention, and upsells
Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into customer value
Languages:
Fluent English and French required
Swedish is a strong plus (or another Nordic language)
Nice to Have:
Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or SaaS technical environments
Experience conducting Quarterly Business Reviews
