We’re looking for a visual expert with a strong photography foundation who can guide an AI-driven image workflow. In this role, you’ll generate fashion model images using our in-house trained model , select the strongest outputs, ensure they meet professional standards, and collaborate closely with our CV and product teams to elevate the entire pipeline.

What You’ll Do
• Generate AI fashion model images using in-house tool .
• Apply photography instincts , lighting, posing, composition, styling to evaluate results
• Select hero images based on fit, realism, and client requirements
• Conduct quality checks on edited images before delivery
• Work with editors to refine drafts and ensure consistency
• Document recurring issues, patterns, and improvements for internal standards

Skills & Experience Required :Visual & Photography
• Strong fashion photography background (lighting, posing, composition)
• Sharp eye for realism, garment behavior, and overall image quality
• Ability to evaluate images with high visual accuracy

AI Image Generation
• Hands-on experience with AI imaging tools
• Ability to quickly spot AI artifacts, proportion mistakes, and inconsistencies

Editing & Quality Control
• Good knowledge of photoshop editing and retouching workflows
• Ability to review large batches while maintaining consistent quality

Fashion & Styling
• Strong understanding of fit, drape, and styling rules in fashion imagery
• Ability to identify mismatched garments, poses, and unrealistic visual details

Soft Skills
• Clear communication and structured feedback
• High ownership, fast decision-making, and comfort with iterative workflows

Experience
• 3-5 years in fashion photography, creative production, or fashion imagery
• Experience working with bigger fashion brands or large studio setups (preferred)
