Overall Responsibilities:
- Own the planning, coordination, and execution of Diabolocom’s customer and external industry events, ensuring high-quality experiences that support customer engagement, employee cohesion, brand visibility, and measurable business impact.
- Act as a member of the marketing team to assist on other marketing initiatives and content generation, as needed.
💪Key Responsibilities:
1: Club Utilisateur Management & Customer Events
Scope: Design and manage Diabolocom’s Club Utilisateur program and customer-facing events, in close collaboration with Customer Operations, Marketing, and Product teams, to strengthen customer relationships and drive long-term value.
Key aspects
- Define the Club Utilisateur event roadmap, formats, and objectives
- Plan and execute customer events (Club Utilisateur sessions, webinars, product presentations and exclusive events) end to end
- Coordinate internal contributors and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery
- Define themes and oversee production of customer-facing content and materials
- Collect feedback and measure and report outcomes to continuously improve impact
2: External Events – Trade Shows & Industry Conferences
Scope: Assist the Marketing Manager - Events to plan and execute Diabolocom’s participation in key B2B trade shows/industry conferences internationally, to increase visibility and generate business leads.
Key aspects
- Plan and manage end-to-end execution of external events and trade shows
- Own event budgets and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality
- Coordinate with organizers, venues, booth builders, and service providers
- Oversee production of booth visuals, signage, and event assets with the Design team
3: Marketing Support
Scope: Assist the marketing team develop marketing materials and make social posts for the company.
Key aspects
- Develop content (videos, ebooks, social posts, etc) as part of the team for marketing campaigns
- Assist with social posts for the company in LinkedIn and videos in Youtube
🔍 Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing complex events, with a solid background in Marketing and Communication
- Strong project management abilities and excellent organizational skills; capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
- Solid skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides for creating impactful presentations.
- Negotiation skills, particularly in the context of event organization.
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written); additional languages like Spanish or German are a plus.
- Genuine interest in the tech industry, including emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and SaaS solutions.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- This role requires travel in France and abroad a few times per year as well as working across different time zones to lead event planning.
