We are seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering successful projects to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-project environment and is eager to deliver the best solutions and maximum value to our clients. As an Odoo developer, you will work closely with other team members, directly contributing to the success of projects while refining your technical skills and understanding of client needs.

Your key responsibilities will be the following:

ODOO IMPLEMENTATION

• Lead the development, customization, and deployment of Odoo solutions for clients;

• Analyze client requirements and translate them into tailored Odoo functionalities;

• Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.) to meet client-specific needs.

DEVELOPMENT & CUSTOMIZATION

• Design and develop custom Odoo modules to enhance functionality;

• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and client systems via APIs;

• Optimize existing modules to ensure scalability and performance.

CLIENT COLLABORATION

• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and objectives;

• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients during implementation projects;

• Deliver technical training and support to client teams as needed.

Project Leadership

• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and functional consultants to deliver end-to-end Odoo solutions;

• Contributes to timely delivery of projects within scope and budget;

• Mentor and support junior developers on the team.

Quality Assurance & Support

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables;

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for clients;

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for implemented solutions.

Education and Experience

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;

• You have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and implementation;

• You have a proven track record of delivering Odoo projects for clients in diverse industries.

Technical Skills

• You have an expertise in Python programming and Odoo framework;

• You have a strong understanding of Odoo architecture, workflows, and modules;

• You are proficient in PostgreSQL database management;

• You have an experience with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, QWeb);

• You are familiar with Odoo deployment, hosting, and server management;

• You know Git and CI/CD pipelines.
