dFakto is looking for a Business Analyst passionate about IT and client focused, to join our team in charge of Odoo implementation projects. This implies on one hand being able to deal with middle and executive-level management to capture requirements and on the other hand feeling comfortable in discussions with IT or Business oriented colleagues. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical mindset and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Your tasks will be

• Capturing clients requirements through workshops and interviews;
• Analysing requirements and translating requirements into well documented user stories;
• Reviewing technical analyses and discussing possible options with the development team;
• Presenting analyses to the client and iterating until validation;
• Defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria;
• Following up development activities and providing support to developers when needed;
• Testing developments, including documenting defects and liaising with the development team for their resolution;
• Preparing and presenting developments to the client;
• Providing functional training and support to client representatives;
• Making the most of dFakto collaboration tools;
• Supervising more junior level consultants work.

You will also contribute to the development of the company through your vision and your taste for entrepreneurial activities

• You have a master degree in Applied Economics or Business Engineering;

• You have at least 5 years of experience (Consultancy, financial or Auditing background is a plus);

• You have at least 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with Odoo;

• You have outstanding analytical and conceptual thinking skills;

• You have excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills;

• You are a proficient French and English speaker and Dutch is a strong plus;

• You reach for the success of the team, but you can work independently;

• You have excellent communication skills;

• Jumping from one subject to another is a second nature for you;

• You want to participate in the growth of a SME (obviously dFakto).

• You have a practical experience with data management and data visualisation tools

• You worked within an international consulting company;

• You’ve shown some ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
