We are now seeking a Lead Product Manager to develop and implement strategic product initiatives that address customer needs and market demands, driving user acquisition and retention to ensure revenue growth. 🚀

The role - what you’ll do:

The Lead Product Manager for Revenue Growth is responsible for leading a cross-functional team in the Growth space dedicated to increasing revenue. The PM will work proactively with senior leaders across the business, to understand, shape and deliver their strategic priorities, as well as lead complex initiatives of their own.

  • Lead, shape and deliver the revenue growth agenda from a product perspective, across both the product-led and sales-led processes, for both new business and expansion of our existing customer base;
  • You will be a driving force in leading this thinking together with key stakeholders in Revenue Ops, the Pricing team and the General Managers across our regions;
    This will include identifying and driving new monetisation opportunities for different customer segments, shaping our pricing strategy, creating new/ premium offerings, and improving conversion from existing flows;
  • You will own the roadmap for the Revenue Growth product team, and work closely with other product teams to deliver on this agenda and North Star metric; 
  • Lead across Design, Research, Engineering & Analytics to make sure our work is well-shaped, to understand the opportunities and risks to create new value, and well-scoped, to manage delivery risk;
  • Proactively communicate from Board level down and across the business, as well as engage our customers. 

About you - what we are looking for:

    • 5-7 years experience in Product Management, ideally at a senior level;
    • Prior experience in a B2B SaaS company, which has both a self-service, subscription for businesses and sales-led pipeline with experience in Accounting software would be a plus;
    • Product experience in one of the following areas: Sales, Growth, Revenue Systems and Payments;
    • An expert in using data and user insights to make the right product decisions, at the right time 
    • An effective practitioner of Agile methodologies and discovery techniques;
    • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting and reporting to C-level and other senior stakeholders;
    • Proactive and confident in taking responsibility, communication and decision-making.
