Job description

As the Restaurant Marketing Manager in France, you will be responsible for step-changing our Restaurant Marketing approach to deliver the best co-branded campaign & promotional strategies to increase growth to our restaurant partners across France, while meeting our strategic goals.

You will work with the Commercial team (key accounts, city managers) and central teams and the broader marketing team. You will report directly to the Head of National Marketing Activations . You will be based in our Paris Offices.

What you'lldo:

  • Grow partnerships with restaurant brands and build Joint marketing business plans : work with our commercial teams to grow relationships with some of our main restaurant partners, driving collaborative win/win activity and building joint annual marketing plans. This will include launching national brands onto our platform, and strengthening existing partnerships, including providing marketing inputs into key new contracts and contract renegotiations. This also includes involvement in managing promotional campaigns, restaurant specific activity, site-specific targeted support, to grow our partners on the platform.
  • Manage the Restaurant marketing plan, identifying the role of key partners and local partners, and how and when they feature as part of the FR Marketing Plan, ensuring we achieve our strategic goals & our partners needs.
  • Ensure the best campaign execution (both digital channels & physical activations such as window branding), working hand-in-hand with other marketing teams (CRM, hyperlocal, creative, and promotions)
  • Become the expert in the field of our restaurants and identify new opportunities that have a positive effect on our results. Work with product leads and channel leads (for example CRM) to find out which functionalities we should make available for our restaurants to improve the efficiencies of our marketing campaigns.
  • Grow our new businesses collaborating with the team in charge of FMCG partnerships, to build thoughtful promotional campaigns which produce direct revenue for our business. Collaborate with the central team and look out for new functionalities that are being developed to enrich our media proposal to brands.
  • Track & report on campaign performance using a data-driven approach, step-change our analysis framework in order to improve our promotions framework & our recommendations to partners.
  • Manage & develop a team of 2 Marketing associates & 1 Intern

What you'll need:

4+ years experience in B2C or B2B marketing, trade marketing, or category management. Experience in account or project management.

You are a quick adapter, comfortable with an constantly changing environment

You have commercial awareness and the ability to quickly differentiate most impactful tasks/projects

Experience collaborating with multiple teams and building agreement among multiple stakeholders in a high-expectation environment.

You approach problems strategically and understand long-term vision balanced with short-term realism
