The position

Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own the positioning, messaging, growth strategy and campaigns for DejaBlue’s EV charging solutions. This role blends strategic storytelling, design skills, and data-driven experimentation. Your role is key to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement. If you’re a growth hacker who loves crafting compelling narratives, testing new ideas, and building brands that stand out—this role is for you.

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies – Define how we position, launch, and scale our products in the market.

  • Create compelling visuals & assets – Use Figma and other design tools to craft engaging marketing materials, landing pages, and presentations.

  • Write clear, persuasive messaging – Develop website content, case studies, product guides, and sales enablement materials that convert.

  • Experiment and optimize for growth – Run A/B tests, track performance metrics, and refine messaging and campaigns based on data.

  • Own product positioning & storytelling – Translate technical features into clear, value-driven messaging that resonates with our target audience.


Preferred experience

  • You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth hacking, or a related field, preferably in B2B SaaS, EV charging, or clean tech. We’re selling to business, and it’s important that you have experience crafting narratives for that audience.

  • You have Figma skills and can create visuals without relying on a design team.

  • Experience with account based marketing with strong success stories.

  • You’re a growth hacker – You thrive on testing new ideas, iterating based on data, and finding creative ways to drive adoption.

  • You love storytelling – You know how to turn technical features into narratives that connect with customers.

  • You’re data-driven – You use analytics and experimentation to inform decisions and improve performance.

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments – You take ownership, move quickly, and aren’t afraid to get scrappy.
