Market Research is at the heart of a customer‑centric company. Market Researchers identify consumer insights and market trends to fuel our innovation pipeline (e.g., U&A) and improve our offer (e.g., concept testing). They also measure the effectiveness of our marketing spend (brand tracker, e‑reputation, pre‑/post‑campaign testing).
This role reports to the Head of Market Research and covers a wide scope, collaborating across Marketing, Data & Analytics, User Research, Partnerships, and Product.
What you will do:
Work across diverse projects, methodologies, and business questions
Design compelling research protocols (survey questionnaire design, qualitative moderation guides) tailored to business needs
Manage agencies end‑to‑end - from briefing to ensuring quality delivery and deadlines
Transform multi‑source data into clear narratives and actionable insights with business impact
Drive adoption of insights; support stakeholders by leveraging existing knowledge or designing ad‑hoc studies
Present data in visually intuitive and creative ways
This role is a strong fit for someone with:
3+ years of experience in market research (client‑side or agency)
Hands‑on experience with quantitative and qualitative methodologies
Excellent data analysis and storytelling skills
Confidence presenting and sharing findings with key stakeholders
Natural curiosity and a desire to learn and share knowledge with Deezer teams
Rigor and strong attention to detail
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required
