What you will do:
Manage the cross-functional project portfolio (excluding public-facing products): structure, budget tracking, and governance.
Oversee the full lifecycle of internal tools / projects (Finance, HR, legal, Data, Cybersecurity, AI…) in coordination with IT and business teams.
Align Business and IT roadmaps with strategic priorities set.
Ensure the implementation and enforcement of the Data Policy across tools, processes, and Corporate IT projects.
Improve project management methodologies and tools, ensuring data quality and proper documentation.
Drive change management: project communication, user training, post-launch support, and PM community engagement.
This role is excellent for a person with:
3-5 years of relevant experience as a PMO, business analyst or functional consultant.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex project portfolios, budgets, governance structures, and cross-department initiatives.
Hands-on experience with project methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall) and tools like Jira, Confluence, A strong foundation in data governance, with the capacity to define, update, and ensure the execution of a Data Policy.
A proven track record of optimizing processes and improving team productivity, in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
Solid experience in change management, including user engagement, communication, and post-implementation support.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to interact confidently with executive stakeholders.
Full proficiency in both French and English.
