As a HR operations Apprentice and reporting to the HR Ops Lead, you will ensure the best employee experience.

What you will do:

• Participate in the follow-up of the employees life cycle in collaboration with the best  HR Operations team
• Manage the Onboarding process, administrative formalities related to the employment contract, registration on payroll, benefits registration etc
• Handle employee topics
• Coordination with the payroll specialist to ensure accurate monthly payments
• Daily HRIS management
• Look for new ideas on how to ensure the best employee experience and implement them
• Review, write down the process to ensure a strong knowledge and handover in the team
• Handle Deezanniversaries of our staff, across the whole world

What we are looking for: 

• Previous HR experience in HR support idealy
• Excellent organisation skills
• Rigour and attention to detail is essential
• At ease with Excel is preferred
• Positive & team player mindset
• Agile and adaptable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and French
