As HR Generalist & HR Data Intern, you’ll help ensure the best experience for our employees and student community (interns and apprentices) at Deezer. You’ll be responsible for key administrative tasks, onboarding and offboarding processes, and helping bring our HR initiatives to life.
This is a 6-month internship starting November 2025.
What you will do:
🎯 Employee Experience– Manage HR operations for your scope including our intern and apprentice community : contracts, onboarding, and offboarding (liaising with schools, OPCOs,…).
📋 Daily HR Support – Be the go-to person for your scope regarding employees’ requests and questions.
💾 HR System Updates – Maintain and update employee records in our HR tool (Lucca).
📊 HR Data Management & Analysis – Track and maintain accurate HR metrics (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, diversity indicators) and help prepare dashboards for management.
📑 HR Reporting – Assist in creating HR reports for stakeholders, transforming raw data into actionable insights.
💰 Payroll Assistance – Support payroll by managing variable elements (on-call duties, departures, etc.).
🎤 Welcome sessions – Lead onboarding sessions for new joiners to ensure a smooth start at Deezer.
🚀 HR Projects – Work on cross-functional HR initiatives with the HR Ops team.
This role is ideal for someone who has:
✅ Is currently studying HR or a related field
✅ Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
✅ Proficiency in Excel
✅ An agile, adaptable, and eager-to-learn attitude
✅ A team-oriented, positive, and proactive mindset
✅ Excellent communication skills in both French and English
