General accounting - 6 months internship (m/f/d)

Enregistrer les factures dans les systèmes Ivalua et Sage, et être le représentant de Deezer auprès des clients et des fournisseurs.

The position
Job description
Within the general Accounting team and inside the Accounting department, you will join a team of accountants who run the daily operations.
You will also be an actor in Deezer’s projects to improve and strengthen the processes in a constantly evolving environment.
What you will do:
· Account invoices in both Ivalua and Sage,
· Be the representative of Deezer towards customers and suppliers,
· Make payment vouchers,
· Help in accounting closing tasks (prepaid expenses, unreceived invoices, establish customer invoices),
· Ad hoc missions related to automation and process improvement depending on the motivation of the candidate
· Participate in the improvement of IT tool and internal control.
Preferred experience
This role is excellent for a person with:
· 2, 3 or 4 years degree (BTS, DUT, Bachelor or equivalent) in Accounting,
· Must be able to communicate effectively in both French and English
· Experienced in Sage or other accounting tool is a plus
· Excel proficiency is a plus
· Appetite for IT and process enhancement is a plus
· Teamwork and rigor are keys to success!
