Whether in sports (Padel, Badminton) or in music (DJ, Guitar, Piano,) Laurent has always been driven by the strength of the collective. He arrived 3 years ago as a Tech lead on a Retail solution, and in 2020 he moved on to a Front-End Engineering Manager position. With his community, Laurent was able to defend the project of a Decathlon Open Source Design System. He is now Engineering Manager on the project which is now at the heart of the creation of Decathlon's digital products.
After a childhood immersed in tennis, Anouck is now enjoying her weekly crossfit practice. It is this love for sports that encouraged her to join Decathlon 6 years ago, after her engineering degree. Initially in charge of support for various ecommerce solutions, she then moved on to technical project management. With her team, she now deploys decathlon's international digital solutions worldwide. The human aspect in a tech environment is at the heart of what she likes about her job as an engineering manager, in which she now manages about twenty employees.
After several experiences in Design at La Poste and Veepee, Sarah joined Decathlon Technology as a Lead UX designer in October 2021. Her role is to support the internal teams that develop digital tools to define, conceive and qualify sports products.
Oh yes! Beyond her passion for design, Sarah is also a big fan of basketball, climbing and DIY.
Florian started computing at the age of 11 by creating his first websites to share his love of sports with his friends. In 2011 he decided to combine his passion for sports and technology by joining Decathlon for his end of study internship as a java developer.
During his first years with the group, Florian was quickly brought to recruit the first service providers, trainees and alternants for his projects. After only 4 years he became the leader of a team of 10 engineers. Since 2020, Florian is an Engineering Manager of the E-commerce department.
Rose joined Decathlon Technology as a Junior Data Engineer back in 2018. As a DE she worked mainly on User Knowledge: user’s favorite sports, store visits, identity, consent, etc. After 2 years she took the responsibility to lead and recruit new talents to empower Decathlon’s data programs.
She’s a reference if you want to talk with someone about Ultimate Frisbee, Tennis or Data.
Passionate about rugby and music (he’s a drummer), Sébastien spent more than 12 years at Google where he mainly worked in product marketing and product management.
He joined Decathlon in 2020 and is now in charge of the strategy and vision of Decathlon Technology's digital products (cross-commerce, Marketplace, Sport Experience, Digital Conception, Customer Knowledge, etc.)
