Our eCommerce team is seeking a Tracking Specialist to drive our clickstream analytics pipeline.

Your Future Impact:

This role sits within the eCommerce Data team, and more precisely the Clickstream pipeline team. Clickstream pipeline carries on the distribution of digital data within Decathlon.

To support Decathlon digital transformation in a data-driven approach, Clickstream pipeline guarantees the collection of all user interactions from Decathlon's digital journey in a reliable, exhaustive and standardized manner, throughout the data production process.

As a Tracking specialist, you work in collaboration with the Product manager and the engineering team to deliver the Product vision: guarantee the collection of all user interactions from Decathlon's digital journey in a qualitative, exhaustive and unique manner, throughout the data production process.

This position is based in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities:

  • Data schemas for all plugins regarding end users requirements and business needs : Transform business needs in technical requirements.
  • Tracking API integration or evolution with product team or countries : Support front teams in technical API integration or debugging.
  • Support end users to handle all products involved in the clickstream : Training, access managements, process
  • Deliver new features with engineering team as a Product owner

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience and knowledge in data analytics in an ecommerce environment, incl. data schema
  • You demonstrate a strong understanding of main clickstream concepts, related to data management and data distribution / processing
  • You have a data-informed mindset to back up your assumptions, make decisions, and drive actions.
  • You have experience with web analytics tools i.e. Google Analytics, Piano Analytics, Amplitude.
  • You have excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it to stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are passionate about sports and eager to share your passions with the team!
