Your Role, as an HRBP…
You create conditions of success and pleasure for teammates and leaders in a fast paced organization by aligning people and business strategies.
You support Business Domains through a Human Roadmap and the team leaders in the understanding of the human challenges and in the development of their teammates.
You act as a link between HR expertise projects (Talent development, Talent acquisition, Employee experience, etc.) and teams on the field.
You support the ongoing change within the Digital department towards Excellence and Performance and make this evolution possible thanks to your close partnership with leaders and teammates.
Your Responsibilities
From strategy to execution
- Build a 3-year-human-roadmap aligned with the business strategies
- Co-define targets on key human OKR and KPI and ensure their follow-up
- Roll-out the yearly human calendar and manage the major HR milestones (Talent reviews, Performance reviews, Compensation & Incentives)
Talent acquisition
Jointly with the Talent Acquisition team, you set up the conditions for the recruitment of talents and their successful onboarding by :
- Actively participating to set the workforce planning and recruitment plan with team leaders and financial partners
- Being part of hiring committee and offer package definition for key positions
- Supporting and promoting internal mobilities
- Collaborating with all the stakeholders included in this process (Talent acquisition, onboarding, DE&I, etc)
Talent development
Jointly with the Talent Development team, you ensure the collective and individual development of the teammates by :
- Supporting and validating the new job ladders implementation
- Identifying the teammates training & upskilling needs
- Leading workshops and training sessions on management
- Accompanying the career paths at an international scale
Legal and QWL
- In partnership with team leaders and legal department,manage and resolve employee relations issues
- Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations if needed
- Support company policy on Quality of Work Life and prevention of Psychosocial Risks
Your profile
- At least 10 years of professional experience including 5 years in a similar HRBP role
- Extensive knowledge of managerial fundamentals and ability to facilitate their implementation
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to day-to-day management of teammates
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization, including senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Highly adaptable and flexible in the face of changing priorities
- A good digital culture or willingness to discover new areas of expertise
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
