The area is responsible for: Protecting and developing the revenue generated from Clearstream’s global client base in over 110 countries and across more than 1,000 client relationships; Managing global client relationships across Clearstream through our network of international offices; Working with colleagues across Deutsche Börse Group to coordinate our strategic Group relationships.
Your responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a strong support to the Relationship Manager in his mission to looking after customers in Northern Europe and assist them with their business requirements by offering the best solution possible.
Assist managing the relationships with customers
Help performing regular KYC checks
Ensure strong day-to-day service level. Support the Relationship Manager/Relationship Director in the query solving and administration process, including contractual reviews and due-diligence visits
Support projects in the organization
Support and involve Product Management in their aim to deliver new and enhanced products offerings
Your profile:
University degree in business studies or comparable qualification
1-2 years Client Management experience in post trade services or similar
Goal oriented, team player and customer focussed
Good presentation and communication skills
Proficiency (negotiation level) in written and spoken French and English
Additional languages would be considered an advantage
Dedication, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile.
