General description:

Datafolio’s strategic priority in the coming years is to develop partnerships with all mobility platforms (micro-mobility, macro-mobility, digital rental companies, corporate fleets, etc.) first in Italy and France, and quickly in the rest of Europe so that these platforms can distribute our insurance products to their customers.

As a Business analyst, you will be in charge of assessing how the organization is performing and of helping departments to optimize their processes and systems.

You will conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and you will help to introduce these solutions to our clients.

You will report to Arthur Morel (CFO) and Valentina Tosca (Senior PMO)

Day-to-day activities:

·       Analysis:

o   Analysis of customer and partner data to identify problems and opportunities for optimization

o   Datafolio corporate data (sales, communications, etc.) to identify improvement opportunities

o   Be the internal reference for the analysis of the organization’s data. This can lead you to work on different projects

o   Market analysis

·       Strategy:

o   Based on the analysis you perform, you will help define the best strategy for the company and its departments

·       Account management:

o   You will be involved in managing relationships with Datafolio partners

o   Through your close relationships with these partners and the knowledge you gain from your analytical work, you will help Datafolio partners make the best decisions to optimize their business

o   You will ensure partner satisfaction and identify with them ways to optimize that satisfaction

·       Customer success:

o   Management of customer satisfaction

o   Ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully

o   Upsell opportunities management

Language:

We are looking for someone who is:

·       English speaking: is mandatory as English is Datafolio’ corporate language and will be needed to develop the business across Europe;

·       Fluent Italian;

·       French or Spanish: is a plus.
