Darewise is looking for a Senior Event Manager to organize the best events for the international team and the awesome Life Beyond community!

Please note that this position can be hybrid-remote in either Paris, or our new hub sites in Barcelona and London.

Responsibilities:

  • Design an event strategy and roadmap with a dedicated budget
  • Challenge, proactively identify and organize the opportunities for our executive team members (focus on the CEO) as speakers
  • Organize (from negotiation to the logistic) at least 1 worldwide event per month (physical or virtual events for the Darewise team or the Life Beyond community)
  • Manage the execution of the even roadmap with visibility and legitimacy in our space as your main objective
  • Oversee the communications, analyze the success of each event and track the return on investment

Preferred experience

  • 4/5 years of specific experience with Event Management
  • Creativity & Pro-activity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of organization and time management skills
  • You’re fluent in English (spoken/written)

Recruitment process
