The position

Job description

We are seeking a skilled AdTech Specialist to join our specialized AdTech team at Dailymotion, supporting our Ad Operations Team. Reporting directly to the Director of AdTech Specialists, the successful candidate will play a vital role in managing Display demand partners and offering technical ad expertise to various teams, including Operations, Partnerships, Product, and Ad Tech Engineers.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure smooth technical integration throughout the cycle, encompassing OpenRTB and Prebid, serving as a point of escalation for advanced setups and issue resolution concerning AdTech matters with internal or partner stakeholders.
  • Oversee display product enhancement, bidder delivery and optimization, managing technical integration, testing, and rollout processes.
  • Perform tests and benchmarks, actively promote and uphold best engineering practices within the team, while also developing tools to improve efficiency both internally and externally.
  • Proactively address issues, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Foster knowledge sharing across Dailymotion teams, providing AdOps training through checklists, knowledge bases, FAQs, and regular educational sessions.
