The position

Job description

We are looking for a Finance Lead to join our team and take the lead on finance related topics.

Your role will be to build up and develop the Finance and Management control functions and provide operational and strategic coordination, working directly with the founders.

We crossed the 10m€ revenue milestone in 2023 with a distributed and semi-externalised finance organisation which we are now looking to fully internalise with the support of our strong data driven culture.

Your main tasks will include the following:

Financing & strategy:

  • Work alongside founders on strategic projects (m&a, equitiy funding)

  • Manage investments and associated financing (logistics, r&d, tech, etc.)

  • Strategical thinking on financial organization to support new business developments (geographies, distribution channels, etc.)

  • Responsible for fundraising debt and subsidies

FP&A:

  • Responsible for the company level p&l

  • Coordination of p&l reports with different teams

  • Financial control and performance analysis

  • Cash management

Finance operations & reporting:

  • Everyday finance coordination (account payables and receivables)

  • Relationship with banks, external auditors, accountants, tax authorities, etc.

  • Investor reporting

Your everyday life at Cuure:

  • Daily interaction with operational teams on management control

  • Weekly interaction with accountants on accounting processes

  • Direct contact with the founders on reporting and business planning issues

  • Implementation of ad hoc reporting and analysis tools as requiredesoins


Preferred experience

  • 5 years’ higher education in finance/management (business school, Masters 2, engineering school, etc.).

  • Sound knowledge of accounting and financial analysis

  • Highly analytical and rigorous profile

  • Autonomous, organised and a strong team player

  • Experience of between 3 and 8 years required to be either manager, lead or head of.

    Remuneration according to experience and seniority.
