We are looking for a UI/UX Designer. As a member of our product team, working within our Product Design Team, you will serve a key role in Critizr’s ongoing growth and success as a technology solution in the area of customer service. We will be counting on your vision and expertise as a UI/UX Designer to strengthen our solution from the inside out.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Design Exploration

- Workshop animation: You’ll lead workshops to empathize with users, get info from data science, digging deep to find the root problem to solve, generate ideas, prioritize ideas, and more.

- Methodic exploration: You’ll lead and schedule the workshops, you’ll be the conductor to ensure design exploration is moving forward.  

Design Production

- Create Lo-fi Wireframes to quickly test ideas

- Create Hi-fi mockups of our next features & enhancements

- Present prototypes and ideas to the team

- Handoff mockups to the development team

- Keeping our Design System up to date 

You will work closely with:

Product Managers: With which you will co-create features a lot.

Front-end developers: Our team is (voluntarily) close to devs to make handoff smoother

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- You have 3 years minimum experience in a similar role

- You have a passion for and expertise in SaaS environments

- You are proficient in: Figma, Building & Maintaining Design Systems.  You’re curious and eager to learn about new Figma Plugins 

- You have experience in conducting meetings that help shape a project (ensuring alignment of the team around the problem, ideation, prioritization of ideas,…)

- You know, through listening & questioning, how to help a team get from a broad objective to a concrete solution.

- You’re able to hand off your work to developers, take their constraints into consideration, and explain the details of your mockups.

- These are plus: Experience with User Research and User Testing, Graphic Design Skills (Motion design, Illustration…)
