About the Summer Analyst Internship:

The Summer Analyst Internship program offers an opportunity for college undergraduates interested in finance and corporate / investment banking to actively participate in this fast-paced and challenging industry. We provide our Summer Analysts with the tools necessary for professional growth and career advancement. The goal of the Summer Analyst program is to develop the ideal candidate into a US Analyst position upon graduation.

Summary of the role

The position’s responsibilities include the following: providing primarily support to the Data team within the Compliance Transversal Teams in the various data, reporting or IT initiatives involving or led by the Compliance Division.

Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with stakeholders throughout the Compliance Division organization, assist in the development of automated solutions, policies, and procedures.

  • Assist in evaluating e-communication alerts
  • Assist in refreshing policies and procedures relevant to the functions
  • Support team in the production of periodic reports or committee decks
  • Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries, audits, examinations and investigations.
  • Assist in developing training and educational materials to make employees aware of their compliance obligations


Management and Reporting

The position reports directly to the Head of Compliance Team in the Americas.

Key Internal Contacts

The employee will most likely interact on a regular basis with Head Office Compliance and Americas based Compliance team personnel.

Key External Contacts

The employee may have occasion to interact with external consultants for special projects.
