You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Americas as a Real Estate Financing Analyst.

Your concrete missions will be the following :

• Manage credit application lifecycle from origination through approval, including amendments, waivers, and annual reviews;
• Conduct industry and competitive analysis with comprehensive risk factor assessments;
• Perform financial modeling and analyze historical financials, cash flow projections, and borrowing base compliance;
• Participate in client visits and bank meetings;
• Support portfolio management activities including lending portfolio analysis, concentration risk monitoring, and profitability tracking;
• Help to prepare reporting and documentation for supervisory authorities, senior leadership and other bank departments.

• Be less than 29 years old
• Be graduated of Master Degree
