MISSIONS
Reporting to the Financial Manager of the German Office business unit, you will contribute to the financial and strategic analysis required to manage the financial performance of the business unit.
Your main missions are the following:
Monitoring of the financial performance of the German Office activity

• Produce and monitor the financial and operational indicators of the Business Unit 
• Prepare budgets & forecasts in conjunction with the Finance Department and operational teams
• Prepare financial communication reports (quarterly & half-year reports)
• Contribute to the half-year appraisal campaigns of the portfolio
• Prepare the dashboards for the development activity (monitoring of operational and financial KPIs, obtaining administrative authorizations, progress reports, etc.)
• Prepare the business plans for each development project in conjunction with the development teams and the parties involved (architects, design offices, etc.)

 Analysis of Covivio’s office investment projects in Germany

• Study the investment opportunities of Covivio in Germany
• Prepare business plans for investment and development projects
• Prepare presentation documents for the Comex and the Board of Directors of Covivio
• Produce market studies and analyses for the monitoring and strategic steering of the German office business and participate in the Group’s strategic cross-functional projects related to the office market

REQUIRED PROFIL

• You come from a top French business school (Grande Ecole Program, specialization in finance)
• You have excellent financial skills (financial analysis, Excel modelling)
• You are rigorous, proactive and organized; you are recognized for your analytical and synthesis skills
• You have very good interpersonal skills, enjoy interactions with various people and teamwork
• You appreciate multicultural environments
• You are fully fluent in French & English. German is a plus.
