ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for an Omni Planner to join our Planning team and contribute to building a seamless bridge between demand forecasting and supply execution.

In this role, you will forecast market needs, plan seasonal buys, and ensure our production plans align with both business ambitions and operational capacities. You’ll be an analytical thinker who loves working with data — and an effective communicator who can translate insights into action, influencing Sales and Merchandising decisions.

You’ll work with tools such as Blue Yonder, Power BI, and Excel to automate, analyze, and continuously improve forecasting processes. The role requires someone who thrives in a complex, fast-paced, multi-season environment, balancing long-term strategy with short-term execution.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

  • Develop and maintain accurate style- and color-level forecasts, combining statistical modeling and business input.

  • Build monthly demand forecasts to inform finished goods flow and production schedules.

  • Translate demand signals into supply plans while considering capacity constraints and production timelines.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance to align demand, inventory, and revenue goals.

  • Monitor forecast accuracy and supply performance, and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.

  • Define and execute inventory management strategies across European warehouses, ensuring optimal stock allocation by channel.

  • Design and enhance Power BI dashboards to support decision-making and performance tracking.

  • Present insights and scenarios to influence assortment and production decisions with key business partners.

  • Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to evolve tools, KPIs, and planning processes.

YOU ARE

  • Analytical and tech-savvy – you love working with data, finding trends, and using tools like Power BI or Alteryx to simplify complexity.

  • Business-oriented and influential – you know how to translate numbers into stories, bringing insights that drive decisions across Sales and Merchandising.

  • Collaborative and relationship-focused – you build trust and alignment with diverse stakeholders and enjoy solving problems together.

  • Curious and improvement-minded – you constantly look for smarter ways to plan, forecast, and automate.

  • Structured and resilient – you stay clear and focused even when juggling multiple priorities and timelines.

YOU HAVE

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in demand (preferred) or supply planning, ideally in an omnichannel retail or consumer goods environment.

  • Strong command of forecasting and analytics tools: BlueYonder (or an alternative softwear, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can make complex data clear and actionable for business partners.

  • Proven ability to analyze, forecast, and influence, turning insights into tangible business impact.
