Job description

Context & mission 🚀

Following a 7m€ seed fundraising, Collective is accelerating fast with +2 000 clients to which we would like to offer a very customized experience!

We are looking for a Customer Success Lead who will report to the Head of Business Development, become a key member of the Business Development team and work hand in hand with Sales, Product and Business Ops team. As the first team player on Success topics, you will have the opportunity to help us shape the team.

Your mission is to ensure our customer satisfaction and build a trustful relationships to develop identify/ create new sales opportunities with them to increase our revenues.

What you will do ⚡

Become the trusted advisor of our clients:

  • Ensure an outstanding client experience through their interactions with Collective & collectives
  • Gather feedback from client to improve our product and keep on professionalizing our collectives (work closely with our Product team)
  • Upsell/ Extend ongoing missions to generate additional revenues
  • Convert our client into champion that will introduced you to other key personas

Reactivate prospects with whom we had several interactions (through sequences of emailing/ calls)

  • Get meetings to gather feedback from prospects and identify current or future needs to generate business opportunities
  • Be introduced to key other targeted personas

Contribute to shape the team and improve Collective, esp. on the following areas:

  • Buidling a cutture of success refining process (e.g., NPS), dashboards & tools (with the Marketing & Growth and Business Ops teams)
  • Product (with the Product team)
  • … the ones you would like to deep-dive on

Preferred experience

  • You’ve 2 + years of experience in a similar role or as an Account Manager
  • You are graduated from a tier-1 Business & Engineering School
  • You’re fluent in French & in English (oral + written)
  • You enjoy building a trustful relationship with clients & prospects,
  • You are a strong listener, have empathy and are solution-oriented to support our customers
  • You have strong communication skills, can easily network with internal & external stakeholders and are determined
  • You have drive, take initiatives and comfortable to work in a fast-growing environment

Recruitment process

  • 20 min intro call to check fit / interest for Collective
  • 45 min interview with our Head of Business Development (incl. 1 business case)
  • 1h30 on-site (45 min interview with our CEO & Co-founder + 45 min for a coffee to meet other team members)
  • Reference check
