We are looking for a Customer Success Lead who will report to the Head of Business Development, become a key member of the Business Development team and work hand in hand with Sales, Product and Business Ops team. As the first team player on Success topics, you will have the opportunity to help us shape the team.
Your mission is to ensure our customer satisfaction and build a trustful relationships to develop identify/ create new sales opportunities with them to increase our revenues.
What you will do ⚡
Become the trusted advisor of our clients:
Reactivate prospects with whom we had several interactions (through sequences of emailing/ calls)
Contribute to shape the team and improve Collective, esp. on the following areas:
