What you’ll be doing

• Be the friendly voice welcoming potential members, qualifying leads through calls and helping them discover why Cohabs is the place to live.

• Become a mini-CRM wizard by logging calls, feedback, and updates like a pro.

• Stay on the lookout across different platforms to find future Cohabs legends.

• Help organize and conduct virtual or in-person tours of coliving properties, highlighting amenities and community benefits.

• Collaborate with the community or marketing teams to promote upcoming events and showcase the company’s lifestyle offering.

What we’re looking for

• You’re currently studying (or just graduated) in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or something similar.

• You’re a natural communicator, connecting with people is your thing.

• Fluent in English? Absolutely! Bonus points if you can drop a bit of French or Spanish in the mix.

• You’re organized like a pro: calendars, spreadsheets, or post-its don’t scare you.

• Energetic, curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to get your hands dirty (figuratively… unless you’re into DIY too).

• Some experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a nice bonus, but your drive to learn matters more!

• Comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint – your laptop is your trusty sidekick.
