What you’ll be doing

Sales side hustle:

  • Be the friendly voice welcoming potential members, qualifying leads through calls and helping them discover why Cohabs is the place to live.

  • Become a mini-CRM wizard by logging calls, feedback, and updates like a pro.

  • Stay on the lookout across different platforms to find future Cohabs legends.

Customer experience magic:

  • Help new members settle in like they’re moving into a five-star hotel (minus the towel animals… or maybe not?).

  • Be the go-to person when members have questions, doubts, or just need someone cool to talk to.

  • Collect feedback and turn it into gold – your insights will help shape the Cohabs experience.

  • Coordinate with our operations and maintenance crews to keep everything running smoother than a jazz band in Harlem.


Preferred experience

What we’re looking for

  • Currently studying (or just graduated) in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or something in that ballpark.

  • A natural communicator who connects with people effortlessly – your social skills are your superpower.

  • English speaker? Yes, please! Bonus points if you can sprinkle in a little French or Spanish.

  • Master of organization: calendars, spreadsheets, post-its – you name it.

  • Energetic, eager to learn, and not afraid to get your hands dirty (figuratively, unless you’re into fixing light bulbs too).

  • Comfortable with social media and the basics of marketing (you know how to not make a Reel look cringe).

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a sweet bonus – but if you’re eager, we’ll teach you the ropes.

  • Good with tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint – basically, your laptop is your sidekick.
