The position

Job description

Under the direct supervision of the HR Manager, the intern will be involved in the following tasks:

  • Drafting and publishing job postings on various recruitment platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle)

  • Screening applications: reviewing CVs and conducting initial phone screenings

  • Participating in interviews and in the evaluation of candidates

  • Actively sourcing profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn and Welcome to the Jungle
    Providing administrative support for the recruitment process (updating the ATS, tracking applications, scheduling interviews)

  • Contributing to the improvement of recruitment tools, processes, and reporting

  • Supporting employer branding initiatives by participating in job fairs and helping develop partnerships with target schools


Preferred experience

Required Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Law, or Business School with a specialization in HR

  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous

  • Proficiency in Google Office tools (Sheets, Docs, etc.) and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn)

  • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English
