As part of the Brand Creative team, the Production & Project Manager will play a dual role:
Driving creative production, ensuring that our photo, video, and campaign assets are produced with excellence, on time, and on budget.
Coordinating the go-to-market (GTM) process, connecting Marketing with City, Product, Sales, and Experience teams to ensure smooth, timely launches across markets.
Reporting directly to the CMO, this role will be central in aligning cross-functional teams, evolving marketing processes, and driving operational excellence - ensuring every project reflects the quality and creativity that define Cohabs.
Lead Creative Production:
Oversee the production of brand, campaign, and product assets - from concept to final delivery — managing creative, logistical, and financial aspects.
Project Management & GTM Coordination:
Build and manage project timelines, aligning Marketing, City, Product, Sales, and Experience teams around shared objectives and delivery milestones.
Budget & Resource Management:
Manage production budgets and resources to ensure quality execution while optimizing for efficiency.
Process Evolution:
Help evolve the marketing GTM process for how new Cohabs houses, experiences, and campaigns go to market — identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Stakeholder Alignment:
Act as the key operational link between creative and business teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and momentum across projects.
Quality & Timeliness:
Maintain oversight of quality standards, delivery timing, and production output, ensuring all materials meet Cohabs’ creative and brand standards.
Hands-On Delivery:
Be a proactive “doer” — ready to jump in to solve challenges, coordinate teams, and make things happen under tight timelines.
4–6 years of experience in creative production and project management, ideally within lifestyle, design, or consumer brands.
Proven track record managing photo and film productions of varying scale and complexity.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience managing timelines, stakeholders, and expectations across diverse teams.
Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented — a true go-getter who brings energy and structure to creative projects.
Comfortable driving cross-departmental collaboration and aligning teams around shared goals and processes.
Strong eye for detail and quality, with an appreciation for design, creativity, and storytelling.
