We’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Intern to help drive demand and occupancy for our Cohabs house in Milan. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to help attract new residents, build partnerships, and convert leads into happy members of our community.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnership Builder: Identify and connect with companies, universities, relocation agencies, and startup hubs to create partnerships that generate potential residents.

• Visibility Booster: Help increase awareness of Cohabs by identifying influencers, media outlets, and relevant communities that can introduce Cohabs to young professionals in Milan.

• Growth Explorer: Support the team in improving demand generation by contributing insights on campaigns, testing new acquisition channels, and helping identify what messages resonate best with our audience.

• Lead Qualifier: Contact inbound leads, understand their needs, and guide them through the decision process of joining Cohabs.

• Pipeline Organizer: Help manage leads and opportunities to ensure potential residents move smoothly from first contact to move-in.

• Conversion Champion: Support efforts to improve conversion rates and turn interest into confirmed residents.
