Job description

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for our Hospitality & Operations Manager to lead the development of the Luxembourg market - a key role to establish and grow Cohabs locally.

💼 Your Role

You’ll be Cohabs’ ambassador in Luxembourg.
With a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and hospitality mindset, you’ll oversee everything - from supervising construction projects to ensuring member satisfaction and building your local team.

Your main responsibilities:

🔨 Oversee ongoing real estate projects (+200 rooms) and coordinate construction until openings.

🏠 Grow the local portfolio: identify, acquire, and finance new properties to reach an ambitious target of +120 rooms per year.

🤝 Deliver an exceptional member experience: ensure top-quality spaces, seamless communication, and a vibrant community.

👥 Manage a small local team (acquisition, operations, community).

📊 Drive operational excellence: oversee maintenance, budgeting, profitability, and KPI tracking.

💬 Collaborate directly with HQ teams (C-level, finance, real estate, community) to ensure strategic and operational alignment.

🌱 Embody Cohabs’ values: sustainability, inclusion, hospitality, and authenticity.

Preferred experience

🎯 Entrepreneurial mindset: you love to build, make decisions, and move fast.

🏗️ Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or operations.

💬 Fluent in French and English (German or Luxembourgish is a plus).

💡 Customer-centric mindset: you understand that every detail shapes the member experience.

👥 Empathetic leadership: you know how to motivate, unite, and grow a team.

📈 Operational rigor and performance-driven approach: you manage your objectives like your own mini P&L.

💪 Resilient and impatient: you thrive on challenges, change, and building from the ground up.
