The position

Job description

You will be responsible for bringing our co-living to life by creating functional, stylish, and sustainable designs that align with our brand’s values. You will play a key role in the design process, from concept creation to project execution, working closely with various international teams to ensure high-quality living environments for our members. Your role will also include overseeing on-site installations and implementing a smooth supply chain for our installations and sourcing of new suppliers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design and optimize co-living spaces, balancing aesthetics and functionality.

  • Manage design projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Select and negotiate with suppliers for furniture, materials, and installations.

  • Enhance the living experience by designing spaces that promote comfort and community.

  • Implement sustainable design solutions and eco-friendly materials.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align design with Cohabs’ brand and practical needs.

  • Collect feedback to continuously improve designs and adapt for future projects.

  • Oversee on-site installations, ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines.

  • Manage design budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

  • Lead supply chain implementation for sourcing second-hand materials and furniture in Italy.
