At Cohabs, we’re looking for a Customer Experience Intern (aka our future CX Superstar) to help our New York community shine brighter than Times Square at midnight.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to bring people together, deliver legendary experiences, and help our 500+ members feel like they’re part of something truly special.
Here’s how you’ll make the magic happen:
The Go-To Guide: Be the friendly point of contact for our members, building strong, authentic relationships, answering questions, solving problems, and making sure everyone feels supported across all our NYC houses.
Event Maestro: Plan, budget, and organize monthly community events that people won’t stop talking about. From rooftop BBQs to creative workshops, your imagination sets the limit!
Content Wizard: Write engaging articles, event descriptions, and community updates. Create a content roadmap that reflects our values and keeps our 500+ members informed and inspired.
Feedback Whisperer: Collect and analyze NPS & CSAT insights, then share the key takeaways with the team so we can keep leveling up the experience.
Onboarding Hero: Help new members feel instantly welcome by guiding them through a smooth, stress-free move-in experience.
Partnership Hunter: Spot cool opportunities with local restaurants, shops, and brands to offer our community extra perks and unforgettable moments.
Culture Champion: Be the living embodiment of the Cohabs vibe, warm, fun, energetic, and always ready to bring people together.
People Magnet: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you genuinely enjoy connecting with others from all walks of life.
Organization Wizard: You’re detail-oriented, structured, and able to juggle multiple tasks like a pro.
Self-Starter Energy: You’re proactive, positive, adaptable, and excited to learn.
Academic Explorer: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or anything related.
Language Lover: Fluent in English (bonus points for any extra languages!).
Event or Service Experience: Experience in events, customer service, or hospitality is a plus, not a must. Enthusiasm is what matters most!
