The position

Job description

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work hand-in-hand with our CEO. This role is a unique opportunity to step into the engine room of a fast-scaling international company and work directly with the top management on high-impact strategic and operational topics.

What you’ll be doing:

Coordinates complex & strategic cross-departmental initiatives:

  • Work closely with the CEO on strategic and complex topics (long term vision and organisation development). Facilitate the processes and make sure these topics are moving forward. Reviews, business planning, and innovation projects

  • Partner with different departments to ease the relationships and the exchanges, prepares meetings and documents and realizes follow-ups.

  • Drive impact, optimize operations, and ensure alignment with company objectives

Act as a true business partner:

  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of materials for shareholders and board members (board packs, performance reports, fundraising updates, etc.)

  • Act as a point of contact for shareholders, providing insights and updates on ongoing business initiatives

Monitor and enhance company performance:

  • Track key financial and operational metrics to evaluate Cohabs’ growth and scalability

  • Consolidate and report insights to the top management and supervisory board

  • Improve processes, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency across teams


Preferred experience

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in finance, consulting, private equity, corporate M&A, or a fast-paced startup environment, experience in Real Estate and hospitality industry is a plus.

  • Eager to be at the heart of the company’s growth, which implies a strong job intensity, many travels and large availability.

  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear business insights

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; you can handle multiple priorities with precision

  • Proactive, autonomous, and eager to take ownership of projects from day one

  • Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Fluent in English and French (any additional language is a plus)

  • A genuine interest in Real Estate, entrepreneurship, and scaling companies internationally
