The position

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to identify and secure high-potential properties in Brussels and Luxembourg. If you thrive in negotiations, have a keen eye for property potential, and excel in financial analysis, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building a Strong Network: Establish and maintain relationships with key industry players to uncover prime acquisition opportunities.

  • Hunting for the Best Deals: Identify, evaluate, and conduct site visits to properties that align with our strategic vision.

  • Negotiating Like a Pro: Lead discussions on pricing and contract terms to secure the best acquisition conditions.

  • Mastering Due Diligence: Perform in-depth urban and financial analysis to assess project viability and profitability.

  • Owning the Investment Pitch: Prepare compelling reports and presentations for the Investment Committee, making data-driven recommendations.

  • Driving Smooth Transactions: Oversee acquisitions from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders for seamless execution.


Preferred experience

  • At least two years of experience in real estate, acquisitions, or a related field.

  • A natural relationship-builder with strong interpersonal skills in the real estate industry.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strategic thinking.

  • Ability to interpret floor plans and develop effective space layouts.

  • Solid financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative approach.

  • Fluency in French and English.

  • A proactive, resourceful self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
