We currently own and manage over 1000 bedrooms spread between Brussels, New York, Paris and soon other European cities. In order to support our growth, we are looking for an extremely motivated Acquisition Junior Manager to boost our growth in Paris.

Your Mission
● Source and visit property in Paris
● Negotiate acquisitions price, terms…
● Undertake acquisition due diligence, urban analysis of properties and financial
analysis.
● Prepare presentations to the Investment Committee
● Follow-up of ongoing acquisitions
● Assist the acquisition manager in market studies and formulate the acquisition
strategy for international development

Preferred experience

Your Profile
● Strong interpersonal skills, be attentive to detail, and possess critical thinking and analytical skills.
● You can easily understand floor plans and come up with nice cutting plans.
● Strong financial skills
● Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as a team spirit.
● You’re fluent in French & English.
● Entrepreneurial mindset, you are a self-starter and eager to deliver the best results. You come up with great initiatives and you are a driver for continuous improvement.
Any previous experience in a real estate company would be a plus!
