As part of the strong development of its Business Information Services, Coface is recruiting a Global Sales Efficiency Manager: Business Information. This key role will be reporting directly to the Group Sales Operations Director, Business Information at Coface. In this role you will be focusing on maximizing productivity and revenue growth.
Job Summary
The Global Sales Efficiency Manager is responsible for enabling the global sales organization to achieve revenue targets efficiently and sustainably. This role acts as a strategic partner to the Sales Leadership to ensure the sales team is equipped and focused on high-value activities that accelerate revenue growth and time to revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Optimization & Standardization:
- Execute improvement initiatives to enhance commercials team performance
- Define and document Group Commercial business rules and ensure full adherence
- Organize global best practices workshop to drive revenue per headcount
- Conduct in country Sales Efficiency Diagnostics to support business growth
2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop key metrics for sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales efficiency to provide strategic insights and recommendations for leadership on areas for improvement with the support of the commercial group analytics team.
- Work with Commercial group analytics team to 1/ Gather sales performance reports for various stakeholders and 2/ Track performance vs those KPIs
3. Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with training department on plan to improve time to productivity and productivity per headcount
- Work hand to hand with training department on developing or adapting coaching framework as well as ensuring full implementation and impact tracking
- Lead the evaluation, selection, pilot of new tools to drive sales efficiency and boost team productivity.
4. Territory & Quota Management:
- Design sales and account management compensation plans and work with regional leaders on quotas assignments to ensure full align with company goals, maximize motivation and fairness
- Design incentives roadmap.
- Support the annual sales planning and forecasting process, providing data-driven inputs when needed
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align strategies and planning
- Act as a liaison for global projects and transformation initiatives as needed
