The Knowledge and Learning Department (KLD)is a team of technical experts focusing on program quality development, effective knowledge management, and representation and positioning.
As a Support Officer, you’ll play a vital role in helping shape the Knowledge and Learning Department’s initiatives and products. From maintaining essential resources like the Knowledge and Learning Centre to collaborating on impactful presentation material. You will work directly with experienced PIN technical experts based across the globe, contributing to a dynamic and globally connected team.

Supports KLD in achieving its goals and priorities through assistance with admin tasks, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to program success.
KLD product management and knowledge-sharing support
Assists in development and/or maintenance of KLD products (e.g. Knowledge and Learning Centre, IndiKit, Behaviour Change Toolkit, INSPIRED and others)
Manages production of additional knowledge-sharing materials (e.g. guides, capability statements, analyses).
Helps to manage KLD resources on PIN websites and other systems.
Collaborates with relevant KLD Advisors to promote materials through appropriate channels.
Program Support
Coordinates and supports KLD proposal development, project implementation and reporting.
Supports the administration and organization of KLD onboarding (managed by PIN Learning Hub).
Assists in the implementation of internal projects
Internal coordination and sharing
Assist in organizing meetings and sharing
Supports the documentation of requests from country programs for KLD support
Finance and logistics
In coordination with the RDD Finance Coordinator, Logistics and IT department:
observes timely submission of invoices and/or timesheets by the advisors and timely payments of invoices by PIN;
observes and facilitates processing of HQ-related travels of KLD staff (incl. visa processing);
ensures and/or checks that all equipment and visibility materials for KLD staff is prepared.
Human Resources
Supports smooth on-boarding of new KLD and RDD staff.
Coordinates volunteers and interns working with KLD on projects.
