The position

Job description

💪 Team :

As part of your apprenticeship, you will join the Marketing team at Click&Boat, a Business Unit made up of 30 people and divided into 4 teams: Paid Acquisition, SEO, CRM, and Brand & Communication.

You will join the Brand & Communication team and report directly to Bastien, Country Marketing Manager - France. You will work closely with him and your colleagues across various international markets.

🚀 Missions :

🔹 360° Local Campaigns & Global Campaigns (40%) :

  • Support the execution of multi-channel local and international campaigns,

  • Participate to the build the 2026 strategy for the French Market,

  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to guide marketing, decisions,

  • Translate and proofread campaign materials to ensure brand alignment.

🔹 Affiliation & Acquisition (20%) :

  • Coordinate day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners,

  • Monitor and promote performance of new supporters,

  • Support international expansion,

  • Report & follow new affiliation trends.

🔹 Influence & Creator Partnerships (15%) :

  • Assist in influencer campaign planning and performance tracking,

  • Collaborate with in-house influencers,

  • Produce performance reports and insights,

  • Identify and onboard new top-performing creators for the 2026 strategy.

🔹Reporting & Brand Intelligence (15%) :

  • Contribute to monthly performance reports across all streams,

  • Overhaul the current affiliate and French performance reporting processes,

  • Set up streamlined, (semi-)automated reporting systems to improve, communication and year-over-year comparison,

  • Assist with branding initiatives and brand tracking KPIs,

  • Gather and interpret data to support decision-making.

🔹Public Relations & Strategic Partnerships (10%) :

  • Maintain direct contact with journalists and manage PR requests,

  • Monitor media activity and competitor press coverage,

  • Support partner acquisition, activation, and performance tracking,

  • By the end of his/her apprenticeship, manage a full-cycle partnership project from kickoff to reporting, delivering actionable insights.

Preferred experience

  • You enjoy client contact, are comfortable on the phone, and are ready to negotiate our best partnerships;

  • You are interested in the media world and wish to develop your skills in the PR sector;

  • Your organizational skills and attention to detail are impeccable to manage the media and PR projects you’ll be assigned;

  • You have a good level of English, which will allow you to integrate into our company culture; English is the official language of Click&Boat, used daily and in all of our processes;

  • A passion for boating is a plus!

  • Interested in the start-up world, you are proactive and ready to share your ideas to improve our services.
