In the frame of your internship, you will join the Marketing team of Click&Boat, a business unit composed of 30 people and divided into 6 main teams: CRM, Design, Paid Acquisition, PR & Project Management, SEO, and Content.
As part of your missions, you will join the Paid Acquisition team, led by Guillaume, and composed of 2 Junior SEA Specialist, Tania and Louise.
You will work closely with them and will collaborate with other colleagues in the Content, Design and Data teams.
The Paid Acquisition team plays an essential role as it develops strategies to attract users on the 4 websites of the Click&Boat group. It’s main objective is to maximise the profitability of Click&Boat brands (Click&Boat, Nautal, Océans-Evasion and Scansail) in a context of growth.
Your main task will be to support the team in the implementation of paid campaigns for 4 brands, 12 languages, 7 types of boats and many destinations, to increase the visibility of the websites and optimise every euro invested.
With the guidance of Tania and Louise, you will perform the following tasks:
1) Creation and optimisation of paid campaigns
You will create, implement and optimise paid campaigns via two main channels:
Search Engine Advertising (SEA) : Google Ads and Bing Ads
Social Media Marketing : Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Tiktok
2) Analysis and reporting
Guided by Tania and Louise, you will prepare a weekly report on the performance of paid campaigns, based on existing data and the following tools: Looker Studio, Tableau and Excel.
3) 2023 Projects
You will also take part in two projects, according to team needs:
Implementing new formats for paid campaigns et looking for improvements through tests (AB tests, for instance)
Harmonizing the structure of the Click&Boat website with the Nautal, Océans-Evasion and Scansail websites (”Multi-sites project)

You want to gain experience in the marketing field and learn how to manage paid campaigns;
You have a good level of English, allowing you to communicate daily with your international colleagues. Any other language is a plus;
You are polyvalent and able to perform different tasks according to the strategy defined for the different brands and markets of the Click&Boat group;
You are clear and synthetic, and have good analytical skills to evaluate the performance of the campaigns;
You are interested in the start-up environment; you are proactive and ready to share your ideas to improve our services;
