Job description

💪 Team:

You will join the Marketing Business Unit, a team composed of about 30 people and divided in 4 main areas: Brand & Communication, CRM, SEO, and Paid Acquisition.

You will report directly to Guillaume, Head of Paid Acquisition, and work all along with 2 SEA Specialists and 1 Affiliation Specialist.

You’ll also regularly work with the Product and Data Business Units.

🚀 Missions:

In Click&Boat, our leadership and fast growth rely on a very strong expertise on Paid Acquisition. All our campaigns are managed internally.

Consequently, we are opening an additional position and looking for a new Paid Social Specialist to reinforce the team.

You will master our Paid Social accounts and run campaigns for 4 brands, 12 languages, 7 types of boats and several destinations; finding the right balance between manual and automatized optimization to reach the best results and optimize the least € invested.

Following the Head of Paid Acquisition’s guidelines, your main goal will be to implement the different paid social campaigns (Meta, Tiktok, Social Ads), provide relevant analysis to the top management to develop new tools and formats, challenging the existing processes.

Your missions will be divided as follows:

  • Paid Social campaigns strategy and implementation (60%) :

- You will be responsible for the strategy definition: create media plans and road-maps, target audiences, benchmark, organize meetings with partners agencies (Google, Meta, Apple, etc.), implement synergies with SEO team according to the business objectives of the brand.
- You will be responsible for the operational delivery of your campaigns (administrative, technical and editorial implementation) and for the performance optimization.

  • Reporting and KPI analysis (25%) :

- You will regularly report (weekly, monthly) to the Head of Paid Acquisition the performance of Paid Social and draw the best learnings and next steps guidelines.
- You will analyse and optimize existing processes, reportings and dashboards.

  • Training and mentorship (15%) :

- You will be supported by your 2 SEA Specialists colleagues in the campaigns’ implementation, you will share with them your expertise and best guidelines.
- You will animate internal training to your team members (tools, hard and soft skills).

Preferred experience

- You have a first significant experience in leading Social Ads campaigns (2-3 years, ideally in agency).

- You master Meta Business Manager.

- You have a first experience in leading UAC campaigns / Apple Search Ads / Social Ads. 

- You have a very good knowledge of content, digital markets, and are at ease with the 2 acquisition channels (Paid Social and SEO).   

- You are fed with data and have strong analytical capacities, Excel is your best friend.

- You are fluent in English and have excellent oral and writing skills.

- You have a synthetic mindset and excellent ability to convey essential information through relevant charts.

- You have an entrepreneurship mindset and are ready to share your ideas to improve our services and believe in the Click&Boat project.
