Click & Boat is looking for a Key Account Manager US, responsible for the business development of a portfolio of US key sellers. Within the Supply team and reporting to the Lead Account Management US, you will occupy a key role for Click & Boat’s growth: Manage your key suppliers, to provide the best support increasing their commitment and their sales.

🚀 As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for top and bottom line results of your portfolio:

  • Farming, farming, farming! You will manage a portfolio of suppliers identifying sales opportunities to make grow overall business,
  • Accompany and train suppliers on how to use Clickandboat.com platform and its features (rates, availability system, messenger)
  • Support suppliers with regards to Clickandboat’s system
  • Create a dedicated and personalized commercial relationship,
  • Follow closely the performances indicators to optimize the sales growth
  • Providing suppliers with information and advice by telephone and email, including follow-ups
  • Advise and continuously negotiate on inventory, pricing competitiveness and stock availabilities
  • Identify and provide advice on how to improve any business input that drive growth (request rate, acceptance rate, etc.) and improve end customer experience,

Build Long Term Relationships With Sellers Across Your Portfolio

  • Act as an advisor to improve your portfolio performance,
  • Engage suppliers and frequently share valuable insights to them,
  • Proactively build joint business plans,
  • Continuously negotiate better partnership terms for Click & Boat,
  • Act as a point of escalation for suppliers issues, questions, or concerns
  • Liaison person for partners to contact when they have questions

Preferred experience

• You are a US/UK English native speaker to expend our business in the US;
Young professional or recently graduated with previous successful working experience in Business Development / Account Management / Sales (1-3 years);
• You are a challenge seeker and a source of proposals;
• You are a team player who inspires trust, ready to take initiatives and battle for user satisfaction;
• You are able to support and negotiate with partners by phone or emails and stay calm in all circumstances;
• Ready to engage yourself 100% in this adventure;
• You are interested in start-up environment, you are proactive and ready to share your ideas to improve our services;
• If you have a boating / tourism background, it’s even more perfect ;)


Recruitment process

  • 3+ years of experience working in sales or account management
  • English Native
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce and the marketplace industry,
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior business leaders
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills,
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is a strong plus,
  • Autonomous and adaptable, able to work in a constantly changing environment
  • Affinity/experience within e-travel and/or nautical industry
  • Pro-active, sense of responsibility, friendly and ability to work independently
  • Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills
  • Positive attitude
