Position: Experienced Service Desk Support Technician (M/F), on permanent contract, in Lyon (69).

Missions:

As part of an international transport group operating in 25 countries, we are strengthening our End User Services team. We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Support Technician to provide high-quality IT support to users in a multisite and multicultural environment.

  • Provide Level 2 support for incidents and service requests.

  • Diagnose, resolve or escalate complex issues within SLA.

  • Support workstations, mobile devices and corporate applications.

  • Collaborate with proximity support and Level 3 teams.

  • Maintain and enrich the knowledge base.

  • Participate in KPI tracking and service improvement initiatives.

  • Support IT projects impacting end users.

  • Apply and promote IT security best practices.


Preferred experience

What we are looking for:

Technical Skills:

  • Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365

  • Active Directory / Entra ID

  • ITSM tools (ServiceNow, EasyVista, GLPI)

  • Intune, MDM, VPN, printers

  • Basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

  • ITIL principles

Personal Qualities:

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Autonomy and rigor

  • Good communication skills

  • Team spirit

Qualifications :

  • 2–3 year degree in IT

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Service Desk

  • Professional English required

  • International environment experience is a plus
