1. Payroll

Map the different ASPAC payroll processes by subsidiary: internalized/outsourced – solution – validation levels, etc.

Identify the different payroll regulations of the ASPAC subsidiaries on certain key points

Apply monthly payroll control in ASPAC subsidiaries

2.      Key indicators and reporting

Collect, analyze, and interpret compensation data from the various ASPAC subsidiaries

Produce regular consolidated social dashboards and reports

Produce, monitor, and analyze the percentage change in the ASPAC’s total payroll

Work closely with finance teams to improve the quality of compensation & benefits data

3.      Variable compensation systems

Keep an updated map of the various collective and individual variable compensation systems in place within ASPAC

Evaluate their economic effectiveness and propose improvements

Validate the calculations of annual variable components (collective and individual) in collaboration with the HR Director and/or

Finance teams

5.    Benefits

Identify and map the various benefit packages offered to employees in ASPAC subsidiaries

Regularly evaluate these packages with healthcare providers to ensure they are adequate and competitive, and make suggestions for improvement
