About your role

You will be responsible for your country’s P&L.
You will have direct oversight of all the commercial operations in that country.

Main responsibilities include

Define the go to market strategy of your country
Translate and adapt the playbook to your country
Hire your team
Build and manage your team with efficiency
Create a warm and competitive environment for your team’s development
Spread the vision and the culture in your team.
Act as a leadership role model
