Overview
The organization of the Chez Nestor (by DoveVivo) teams revolves around the different poles of the business :
Business Development (BD) : The BD team develops the portfolio of real estate assets in France. Its objective is to find rental properties to develop, renovate, furnish and equip to transform them into high quality coliving spaces.
Design & Build (DB) : Once properties have been added to the portfolio, our D&B teams will design the layout of the future shared apartment, rearranging, furnishing and equipping the flats and, if necessary, renovating them to ensure a high quality standard.
Sales & Marketing : The objective of this team is to find the future inhabitants of the coliving sites managed by Chez Nestor (by DoveVivo), and to optimise the conversion rate of the various communication and marketing channels.
Property Management (PM) : At Chez Nestor (by DoveVivo), we provide a full service, including technical and operational support for all of our coliving sites. This is the main task of the PM team, which ensures the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our living spaces and the quality of services provided to residents.
Customer Happiness (CH) : The CH team is the main contact for tenants and is there to answer all of their requests in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and optimum quality of service.

Meet our collaborators
An entrepreneur at heart, Hubert devoted all of his time and energy to the creation and implementation of Chez Nestor, the perfect solution for finding a shared apartment in France. Along with Louis, co-founder and friend, they quickly became the leader in the French co-living market, with a presence in Lyon, Paris, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Lille and Montpellier, and a portfolio of over 1500 rooms.
Cécile joined Chez Nestor in 2017 as a City Manager in Paris, and was originally responsible for managing the apartments in the north of France. Cécile quickly evolved to a more global position and is now in charge of two teams : the regional managers, operating on the entire territory, as well as the design & build team, made up 4 people, in charge of renovating, furnishing, and preparing the new apartments for their integration into the Chez Nestor (by DoveVivo) real estate portfolio.
After graduating from EDHEC and working for a few years at Amazon in a Senior Business Analyst position, Carl joined Chez Nestor in 2020 as Head of Sales & Acquisition. With the development and growth of the company, his position has quickly evolved and he is now in charge of all operations at Chez Nestor by DoveVivo.
Passionate about architecture and design, and a graduate of the Politecnico di Milano, Laura has a unique international profile. For more than fifteen years, she has accompanied the architectural projects of major international companies such as Starbucks and Apple, and has worked at the prestigious Foster & Partners agency. Laura joined the DoveVivo Group in 2021, as Director of Design & Build. She coordinates projects and the teams of architects and project managers in charge of renovating the Group's real estate portfolio
Throughout his career, Giulio has had the opportunity to travel and work in many countries : England, Italy, China, Spain, Germany… After several entrepreneurial experiences at Groupon and IICaffè Italiano, he joined the DoveVivo group in 2020 to take charge of the group's international development. Since 2022, he has held the position of Managing Director. He is the person who carries the ambition of the group's founders to all the group's teams and sets the tone for DoveVivo's development throughout Europe and its deployment in new activities.
A graduate of HEC, and after having accompanied several proptech companies such as Habx and Parella in their growth, Axelle joined DoveVivo in 2020 to participate in the group's development on French territory. Given the rapid growth of the business in France and the merger with Chez Nestor, she now heads the French division.
